Kelli crafts a menu tailored to the occasion, drawing from a wide range of culinary traditions, while Mark selects wines that complement each course with precision and intention. Many of the bottles are sourced through specialty channels, making them difficult — or impossible — to find in local stores. Guests are not only treated to exceptional flavors but also to the stories behind the wines: the regions, the growers, the climate, and the traditions that shaped them.

The duo currently travels throughout the region, including Surface Creek, Delta, Montrose, and Paonia, with bookings typically scheduled six weeks to two months in advance. They also offer consultations — often over coffee or a small tasting — to design the perfect evening.
